Golf MK2 GTi 8v Fuel Pump Housing

The Pro Alloy uprated aluminium replacement fuel pump housing for the VW Golf GTi 8V is a complete assembly that replaces the brittle plastic VW part, that are also now impossible to find in good condition.

Our tank is hand crafted in-house with a CNC flange to retain the use of the original VW pump. All internal and external pipework match the OEM unit, as do the mounting brackets making this the perfect replacement housing.

Available in a powder coated Satin Black finish.

Compatible with 43mm dia. pump - pt number 165201042A for 8v Golf GTi (with the smaller pump). For 16v applications, please see our Golf GTI upgraded fuel pump housing for the 16V model.

Great service

Excellent service from placing order, including communication, and prompt delivery. The pump housing was very well packed, and looks to be high quality. I cannot yet comment on using the item, as my car still needs to be booked in to the garage to have the work carried out.

Excellent craftsmanship

The fuel pump housing from Pro Alloy is very well designed. Worth every penny as the stock units are no longer available and are prone to leaks as they age. This one from Pro Alloy looks like it’ll last a lifetime.
