We love a fabricating challenge at Pro Alloy and replicating the Ford end tank design has put our skilled engineers to the test. The bracketry is recreated to the millimetre to ensure direct replacement for the OEM version. Improved performance from this unit comes from not scrimping on core quality, we’ve managed to squeeze in a more efficient core that still retains the OE appearance. 

This subtle looking cooler is perfect if you are looking for a slight increase in performance without going for one of our larger front mount kits. Also popular if you are looking to keep an OEM style on a car which is becoming even more collectable as time passes.

126mm thick twin row core with extruded tubes. These cores are extremely efficient due to their internal design. Each tube has dozens of fine alloy fins internally, which point into the charge air flow and grab the heat energy. Extruded cores are very strong and are fully brazed in a controlled atmosphere process to comply with ISO 9001 quality assurance standards.

Like all our products, this unit is totally handmade at our facility in the U.K. We are offering this intercooler in satin black to mirror the finish of the original.
