Bespoke and Custom Products

Unlike many companies, Pro Alloy are happy to manufacture products to the customers specific, individual requirements. During the fabrication process we like to work closely with our clients to help and advise on tolerances, specifications and the design and of an individual component.

Over the years we have gained vast experience through the research and development of custom products and have designed and manufactured items for a multitude of different applications, from pre-war classics to some of the latest race cars, top fuel drag bikes and rally cars. CUSTOM FUEL TANKS

We can produce alloy racing and replica fuel tanks to just about any shape or size, working from drawings, samples, photographs or even on the car itself.

Pro Alloy Fuel Tanks are more than just an alloy box that holds fuel!

Most of our tanks have bolted aircraft type inspection plates and are filled with internal collector systems and poly ether safety foam 

High-Performance Intercoolers

We specialise in the manufacture and supply of high-quality hand made alloy Intercoolers built to customer requirements. 

Our cores are lightweight, strong and are fully brazed in a controlled atmosphere process, this not only brazes the tubes to the header plates but also the cooling fins to the tubes, giving excellent thermal conductivity and strength. 

We are able to produce just about any shape and size, from one-off units to mass production runs.

Ordering your intercooler is simple, we can work from a basic sketch, CAD, master samples or even cardboard mock ups! We also have a fully equipped R&D shop and ramps where we can offer a drive-in / drive-out service.

We specialise in the manufacture and supply of high quality hand made alloy Radiators built to customer requirements.

Alloy Pipework

We can produce alloy pipework to customer requirements, all produced from seamless 6063 (T6) alloy tubing.

We can create a multitude of shapes with a wide range of diameters and tapered sections.
