Ford Chooses Pro Alloy for Focus RS 500

05-07-2010

Pro Alloy has been selected by Ford to manufacture bespoke alloy Intercoolers for the production run of the new Limited Edition Focus RS 500.

The coolers, based around the design of our existing Focus RS intercooler upgrade, have been developed in a joint venture between Pro Alloy and Ford tuning guru Mountune.

Mountune will offer this cooler (which carries a full Ford part number) as part of their warranty approved MP350 upgrade which will be released in June.

The new Focus RS500 features a muscular 350 PS 2.5-litre 5-cylinder engine, which generates 15 per cent more power than the standard Focus RS and delivers truly exhilarating performance.

Limited to just 500 individually numbered vehicles, the RS500’s breathtaking power and uniqueness is matched only by an equally dramatic appearance.  Sporting a unique and distinctive matt black ‘foil’ paint finish with matching alloy wheels, it’s look delivers a powerful visual impact which is unlike any other production Ford and is sure to have petrol heads worldwide drooling with envy.
