High Capacity Anti Surge Alloy fuel tank 60 ltrs capacity.

Originally developed for the Dubai 24 hour race,this tank is just about as big as you can go in the lotus chassis without using a bag tank....

Anybody running a high powered Elise / VX / VXT on track will know that the standard tank arrangement has a number of issues...

1) It allows the fuel to surge when making left hand corners - this can be a big problem on high revving or turbocharged cars where weak fuelling can cause terminal engine damage.

2) At 38 ltrs (8.27gallons) it has a very limited range -especially when used on a tuned car when the range can be as low as 125 miles!

3) The standard tank is made of steel- some of these are rusting and causing problems with filter blockage and fuel contamination.

Developed and tested on our own trackday and a number of race cars, our long range Alloy tank allowed us to run right down to 3ltrs without surge.

Renault Megane RS intercooler kit

Megane RS (Generation 3 -2008 onwards) RS250/265/cup models.

As soon as we tested the Megane RS, it was obvious to us that this wasn't going to be simply a case of fitting the largest intercooler we could, as even in standard trim, there are significant issues with spiralling water temperatures which escalate as the boost rises through the gears and simply adding a front mounted intercooler would at best only deal with part of the Meganes issues....

So we have addressed the Megane in two ways..

1) Slim line front mounted ,high ambient air flow intercooler with a surface area 3 x of the OEM cooler, complete with air scoop and mounts for Auxillary Turbo cooler.

2) Auxillary turbo cooler which is fitted underneath the original water radiator, filling the space where the OEM intercooler was fitted.

Our results are impressive..The thinner cooler shows a 25% reduction in the recovery temperature between runs,and an 18% reduction in the peak intake temperature.

Adding the Auxillary Turbo cooler shows a 7% decrease in water temperatures whilst cruising and most importantly a 5% reduction whilst on boost.

Fitting is simple with only very minimal cutting of the plastic trim to allow the fitment of our air scoop.

The Pro Alloy hard pipe kit for the Focus RS mk 2 is an absolute must for high power cars..It eliminates all the restrictions created by the standard boost pipe tract whilst offering added strength and reliability to higher boost applications

We supply the full kit, replacing the restrictive steel 50mm link pipe with a full length lightweght alloy pipe with 63mm bore

The intercooler to throttle body pipe is also created in 63mm alloy- eliminating the restriction of the flattened silicone hose

If required,we can also supply without the symposer pipe take off (high boost cars can have problems wth the symposer pipes failing)****please state in notes section when ordering***

High Quality "Aero" style flush filler assembley for the Lotus S1/ S2 /211

The series 1&2 Lotus Elise and derivatives (including 211 and Exige series 2) with both Toyota and Rover engines have a narrow filler neck due to flue cap design.

The filler neck was also installed with an unleaded fuel flap. Both these elemements prevent the use of TUFF JUG dry break style fuel filling systems without the use of a narrow adaptor on the dispenser which limits the fuel flow and hinders the seating of the TUFF JUG into the filler neck assembly, increasing the possibility of fuel spillage.

The Pro Alloy Motorsport Filler assembly is designed specificly with the 36 mm dia tuff jug in mind, it bolts directly into the original clam apperture without body mods*, and utilises the standard filler hose assembley without modification.

The deeper alloy elbow on the back of our assembley allows the TUFF JUG nozzle to fully open, allowing greatly improved filling speeds and faster/safer pit stops!

This assembley can also be fitted to road going /track day cars as a direct replacement for the Lotus item.

Can be supplied with a locking or non locking filler cap.

*For fitment to the the S1, holes need to be drilled to accept the mounting ring.

Noble M12 /M400 Oil Seperator/Breather

Alloy oil seperator/ breather for the Noble M12 and M400.

Its a well known fact that high powered turbocharged engines 'breathe' an oil air vapour mix.

The purpose of the pro alloy Oil seperator is to contain this vapour and seperate the oil from the air.

The air is then ejected through a pipe to the back of the vehicle whilst the oil is returned to the sump.

Advantages are ;

All alloy construction does not rust like the original unit.
The oil is re turned to the tank.
No external filter used, therefore no oil vapour expelled into the engine bay.

VX220 Turbo Intake Pipe

All alloy intake pipe for the Vauxhall VX220 Turbo.

The original intake pipe has reportedly experienced problems with the hose collapsing, and Vauxhall have certainly tried to minimise this by putting some stainless steel clips around the hose in a few places, however with all the heat around that part of the engine bay, the standard rubber hose gets very soft indeed. The original pipe also reduces in diameter immediately after the airflow metre from 70mm - 60mm.

With the new polished alloy pipe we have maintained the larger diameter throughout the entire length of the pipe, with the reduction from 70mm to 60mm just taking place inside the hose which connects the pipe to the turbo thus reducing restriction.

This pipe is a direct replacement for the original item and can be fitted in minutes.

Lotus Exige 'S' Charge Cooler System

Want to reduce your air intake temps by up to 70% and add 20+ BHP?

(20+ bhp without a re- map or any other modifications)

The Exige 'S' suffers terribly with heat soak into the intercooler, the problem is two fold

The tiny air to air intercooler is actually mounted above the engine - therefore the heat rising from the engine soaks into the intercooler.
The cold air feed to the intercooler is through a small air scoop in the roof which provides nowhere near enough air flow to take the heat away, this is evident after the intercooler has heat soaked as the temperatures seem to take forever to come back down to a stable level.

You can actually feel the effects of this after sitting in traffic- the car immediatley feels 'sluggish' as the ECU is detecting the extra heat and it retards the ignition to protect itself from detonation.

We have Exige'S' customers who tell us that they have problems passing Normally aspirated Exiges when the car has been driven hard on track!

The obvious cure to this problem is to use a charge cooler- a water to air intercooler.

A charge cooler kit consists of a charge cooler unit which replaces the standard air to air intercooler, a Bosch water pump feeds the water to an auxillary cooling radiator in the high air flow area at the front of the car, the water is then pumped back to the alloy header tank which is situated in the engine bay.

The water is cooled by a full size pre rad which is bolted to the underside of the main engine water radiator and air conditioning condensor.

The New engine cooling fans then bolt to the top of the main engine water radiator , this has a number of advantages including;

A huge surface area and capacity.
The engine cooling fans also cool the charge cooler water when the car is stationary therefore eliminating the heat soak issues.
The risk of stone damage to the pre rad is greatly reduced with the radiator horizontal to the air flow.
Cabin air temperatures remain unnafected as the pre rad is not in front of the air con air intakes.

The kit consists of the following parts..

2 x SPAL motorsport cooling fans and laser cut mount assy.

VX220 TURBO Charge cooler system

High Performance charge cooler kit.

When Tuned, the VX220/Speedster suffers from high intake temperatures, even on a standard car the small OEM intercooler struggles to cool the charge air as it does not get enough cold air to take the heat energy away.

The other problem with the standard cooler is internal air flow, this a problem with holding high boost at high revs.

The ideal solution is a charge cooler- where the cooling is is performed at the front of the car via an auxillary alloy ewater radiator in a high air flow position whilst the charge cooler itself replaces the standard air to air intercooler and although it is a similar size externally to the intercooler, it offers far less restriction die to the internal design of the core.

(we have run 550 bhp through our 7 row charge cooler units)

NEW Double core intercooler upgrade for the M12 GTO2.5,M12 GTO3,M12 GTO3R and M12 400.

Designded as a colaberation between Pro Alloy and Roush technologies, this all new design utilises a unique TWIN CORE system, this gives almost double the capacity of the standard cooler.

The twin fabricated inletend tanks allow both turbos to enter the cooler without conflict and disturbance of the internal air flow, this gives a far better flow and distribution of the internal air flow.

Fitting is simple with minimal adjustments to the existing intercooler cowl.

Focus RS mk1 Front Mount Intercooler Kit

Developed and tested on Paul Hamling's 390BHP record breaking Focus RS.

WRC style front mount intercooler kit.

On a standard car the charge cooler kit is actually quite effective.

However when tuned , the greater heat output from the engine saturates the water system and therefore intake temperatures soar out of control.

On mildly tuned engines this situation can be eleviated by using a larger Pre-rad , however, the system still has its limits and with sustained use on higher powered vehicles, temperatures still climb to scary levels.

Therefore we have developed this huge front mount intercooler kit.

This is probably the most comprehensive kit we have produced yet with performance to match!

The original charge cooler kit is completely removed and the battery is re-located with our alloy battery tray to the position where the charge cooler was.

We also re- locate the air filter (a cone type filter must be used), this allows the filter to draw cold air from under the bumper and not hot air from the back of the radiator!

Re-locating these parts also helps with water radiator temperatures due to increased air flow on the rear of the radiator.

Our test car ran 6 degrees cooler on water temps with the new intercooler fitted on a 6 degree hotter day.

we also saw a significant rise in boost pressure indicating that the new cooler was flowing with less restriction than the original charge cooler set -up.

Air intake temperatures are stabilised and settled at a peak of 45degrees on our test car down from 54 and rising with the std set up.

The test was performed with a 24 degree ambient temperature on the standard system and 32 degrees (18/7/06) with the pro alloy cooler .

The kit is supplied complete and ready to fit.
Fitting can be performed at home as there is no welding or cutting required.

You do not need to turn the turbo housing with this kit.

Seat Ibiza Cupra Front Mount Intercooler Kit

Intercooling on the Ibiza has always been a problem due to a lack of space.

The pro alloy Ibiza front mount intercooler utlises a huge 540 x 300 x 40mm slim line intercooler core which fits neatly behind the standard bumper arrangement.

The pipe runs are all produced from 60mm Alloy and silicon tubing to allow the full flow of air without restriction to flow or more importantly-ground clearence as no pipes run underneath the car.

This full size Intercooler conversion still allows the fitment of air con with no cutting required to the front bumper.

This kit is also available with a 50mm thick core for higher power models - however please note that modifications to the bumper will be required if you are fitting with air con.

Silicone pipes are in black as standard.. other colours to order.
