Why add a free flowing high performance intercooler and leave the standard restrictive pipes on?
The Pro Alloy hard pipe kit for the Focus ST is an absolute must for high power cars..It eliminates all the restrictions created by the standard boost pipe tract whilst offering added strength and reliability to higher boost applications 
 
We supply the full kit, replacing the restrictive steel 50mm link pipe with a full length lightweght alloy pipe with 63mm bore
 
The intercooler to throttle body pipe is also created in a free flowing tapering pipe - eliminating the restriction of the convoluted moulded plastic pipe.
 
If required,we can also supply without the symposer pipe take off (high boost cars can have problems wth the symposer pipes failing)****please state in notes section when ordering***
 
 
 
Please state if you require a water injection boss fitting to the intake pipe - (usually M8 x 1) This is an additional £15.00 + vat.
 
Silicone hoses available in black or blue as standard.
 
Alloy pipes available in brushed alloy finish or powder coated satin black.
Our standard kit will fit with theStandard intercooler and our ST 225 (WRC) intercooler.
It may also fit with other aftermarket coolers if the intercooler outlets are in the standard position.
For fitment on our STRS intercooler please select the STRS specific kit.

Noble M400 Hard Pipe Kit

High performance air intake pipe kit for the noble M400.

This kit is designed to eliminate the 'hoover hose' air intakes which come as standard.
Manufactured from a combination of high grade alloy and silicon rubber hose joiners, this kit has been proven to add up to 20 BHP.

This kit is specificly designed for the M400 model or any Noble model which hads the air filters in the intercooler duct.

If you are running a Forge dump valve we can add a threaded boss for you. please state when ordering
 
We can also offer this kit for vehicles which have the filters fitted to the Baulk head.

Focus RS mk1 Front Mount Intercooler Kit

Developed and tested on Paul Hamling's 390BHP record breaking Focus RS.

WRC style front mount intercooler kit.
On a standard car the charge cooler kit is actually quite effective.
However when tuned , the greater heat output from the engine saturates the water system and therefore intake temperatures soar out of control.
On mildly tuned engines this situation can be eleviated by using a larger Pre-rad , however, the system still has its limits and with sustained use on higher powered vehicles, temperatures still climb to scary levels.
Therefore we have developed this huge front mount intercooler kit.
This is probably the most comprehensive kit we have produced yet with performance to match!
The original charge cooler kit is completely removed and the battery is re-located  with our alloy battery tray to the position where the charge cooler was.

 We also re- locate the air filter (a cone type filter must be used), this allows the filter to draw cold air from under the bumper and not hot air from the back of the radiator!
Re-locating these parts also helps with water radiator temperatures due to increased air flow on the rear of the radiator.

Our test car ran 6 degrees cooler on water temps with the new intercooler fitted on a 6 degree hotter day.

we also saw a significant rise in boost pressure indicating that the new cooler was flowing with less restriction than the original charge cooler set -up.

Air intake temperatures are stabilised  and settled at a peak of 45degrees on  our test car down from 54 and rising  with the std set up.

The test was performed with a 24 degree ambient temperature on the standard system and  32 degrees (18/7/06) with the pro alloy cooler .

The kit is supplied complete and ready to fit.
Fitting can be performed at home as there is no welding or cutting required.
You do not need to turn the turbo housing with this kit.
