From a one-off to a mass production run, Pro Alloy can make just about any shape and size intercooler, in sizes up to 1,200mm x 1,200mm.

The following thicknesses are available;

All pro alloy cores are manufactured utilising the latest in Alloy brazing technology.

All joints between the header plates and cooling tubes,and the cooling tubes to the fins are Alloy brazed to ensure maximum strength and thermal conductivity and are manufactured to comply with iso 9001 quality assurance standards.
