we can make just about any shape and size Radiator,from a one- off to a mass production run in sizes up to 1,200mm x 1,200mm.

The following thicknesses are available;

All pro alloy cores are manufactured utilising the latest in Alloy brazing technology.

All joints between the header plates and cooling tubes,and the cooling tubes to the fins are Alloy brazed to ensure maximum strength and thermal conductivity and are manufactured to comply with iso 9001 quality assurance standards.

Our Advisors have a broad experience in the manufacture and design of cooling systems and we will be happy to advise you when designing your own.

Our technitians have the skils to manufacture even the most complicated end tank shapes to the highest standards- all hand crafted and T.I.G welded.

we can also supply components for your cooling system such as high pressure caps,alloy pipe work,
